The band has taken four of their previous tracks from albums Polyester Zeal and Thread and brought them to life in a refreshing way with melodic acoustic guitars and a stronger spotlight on Mike Protich’s strong vocals. The EP will be available Mar. 22.
Red Sun Rising will be kicking off their headlining tour on Mar. 21 in Louisville, Kentucky through mid-April with Goodbye June and Dirty Honey.
“We tour so we can play our music live,” Red Sun Rising says. “By doing so, we can create something real right in front of you every single night. There’s a thrill to it; an exploration of new arrangements to pump fresh blood into the set. That’s what ‘The Peel Tour’ is all about. Creating and re-creating. The core is the same of you just peel back the new layers.”
