Good Charlotte Announces 2019 U.S. and European Tour

Good Charlotte is returning to the road this spring and summer for their 2019 U.S. and European Tour. The band just announced a bunch of new dates and more are expected to be added in the future.

The tour is in support of their 2018 album “Generation Rx” including hits “Actual Pain,” “Prayers” and “Self Help.” This album has a personal feel from the band. They express their life struggles through the more difficult and painful experiences.

The band said of the album, “The message is you can get through the pain, survive it, and have the life you want. We made the record on our own terms and our own time. In that respect, we channeled the soul of our first two albums. This is the album we’ve been waiting 15 years to create.”

Good Charlotte’s first appearance is this Saturday in Dana Point, Calif. at the Sabroso Festival. The tour consists of a mix of festival appearances as well as their own dates. Their last U.S. show will be their appearance at the Vans Warped Tour in Mountain View, Calif. on July 20.
